The most inactive region of our body is the abdominal region. The foods we take beyond our daily needs – calories, sugar, fats, proteins, carbohydrates – turn into fat and this fat is stored in our waist region.
Contrary to popular belief, it is not possible to dissolve fat in this region by doing regular abdominal exercises. First of all, we must prevent oil storage.
